California School Employees Association - Chapter #177 (CSEA)Labor negotiations encompass the collective bargaining of the unions represented in the Southern Humboldt Unified School District (SHUSD). Negotiations comprise of setting the contractual language for wages, working hours, conditions of employment, and other matters of mutual interest.
