AB1200 Disclosures of proposed Collective Bargaining Agreements with the SHTA and the CSEA

Assembly Bill (AB) 1200 requires local educational agencies to publicly disclose the provisions of all collective bargaining agreements before entering into a written agreement. AB 2756 also amended the government code, Government Code (GC) Section 3547.5, increasing the requirements for disclosure of collective bargaining agreements.

Copies of the AB1200 may be inspected at the District Office (during normal business hours) or on the District website
