"I have seen Jonna take on the tasks of several people day in and day out. Her knowledge is invaluable and her sense of humor is unparalleled. Overall Johnna is a hardworking person who clearly cares about our district, going above and beyond the call of duty on a regular base."

"All around Rock Star in all that she does! Does her job with such precision. Making a huge difference in the organization of how things are done. Always responds back in a timely manner. The list goes on and on of her awesomeness!"

"Johnna has stepped up to help support me during the most difficult time in my life. I am so glad and very appreciative to have Johnna here at SHJUSD. We would truly be at a loss without her. She has consistently demonstrated a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. I am lucky to have Johnna as a co-worker."

Job Title: Teacher
School Site: Miranda Junior High School
Has worked for SHJUSD since 2007

"Marie has taken incredible steps towards reshaping our campus culture at Miranda. She has worked behind the scenes with our 8th-grade parents to organize their class trip, assisted with both of our MTSS teams (PBIS & RTI), has been relentless with collecting field trip forms from our 7th graders in order to take them on class period/day walks, and seems to be in a constant state of researching new ways to engage our students."

"Marie Etherton is a 7th-grade teacher who has organized the end-of-the-year trip for the 8th-grade class. She is extremely organized and has made it possible, through fundraising and so much of her personal time she has made this possible. She has had help from some parents. But being a full-time teacher it is ruff. She got it done for the 8th-grade class."

"Outstanding leadership and commitment to the school community, as a first-year teacher."
